When I first designed a blog, I was in eighth grade, but I soon became disinterested in the stories I wrote. I thought to myself: if no one reads my work, what kind of writer am I? How can I possibly hope to be successful? This doubt, paired with my increasingly busy schedule, was why I let the site fall away like it had never existed in the first place.
Currently, I have less time on my hands, and yet I’ve decided to give blogging one more chance. My reasoning is simple: I am creating this to inspire; to inspire other writers like me, even if only a single person is dedicated to subscribing to my posts. I am also creating this blog to inspire myself, because as our society grows darker and crueler with each passing day, I want to be able to look back and say: I did something positive in the world today. I contributed my voice, my thoughts, my motivating words for a fellow writer, artist, friend, or family member.
So, without further ado, I present to you:
