It’s been a heck of a summer; in the midst of the pandemic, I’ve managed to register to vote, receive my driver’s license, and (almost) finish my grad project for school. Meanwhile, college applications have opened, and my anxiety has reached an all time high. But, despite all this, I’m realizing for the first time ever that I’m capable of handling more than I ever anticipated— and that’s saying something. Considering that the future has always terrified me, I guess that I’m doing okay with #adulting. Next stop? Senior year. Praying that God will bless these next steps in my life, and even if things don’t turn out perfect all the time, I know in my heart that I’ll be alright 🤪
It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are.
